This role supports the Committee and CEO in ensuring the organisation attracts, develops and retains the right people; fosters a positive culture; upholds best practice in people management; and reflects the JSPCA’s mission and values through its working environment.
The Committee Member brings expertise in HR, leadership, workforce strategy and organisational culture, ensuring that the JSPCA is a supportive, effective and values led charity.
