We are recruiting an experienced publican to manage the bar operations in a well established, busy pub venue in central Edinburgh. It is a wet lead operation with a small but simple food offering. Popular with locals and tourists alike, a destination to experience traditional Scottish pub fare with friendly and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
