MTrec’s new career opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join our clients team (this position is also suitable for multi-skilled engineers). This position is to strengthen our existing team and provide cover for Northeast production facilities. This will be a day shift position however it is asked that candidates are flexible to support business needs. The job you’ll do * Reporting to the Site Manager / Group Maintenance manager, you will be responsible for planning and distributing tasks to ensure planned maintenance is achieved for the machines to run effectively. * Work safely at all times complying with and using (safe systems of work using permit systems, method statement, dynamic risk assessment). * Efficiently and effectively fault find / diagnose technical / process issues. * Coordinate and cooperate with production supervision on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth running of plant and equipment. * Solve breakdown issues with minimal impact to production. * Identify process and equipment improvement opportunities (maintenance schedules and equipment capability / reliability). * Technical Responsibilities / Requirements. * Ability to interpret electrical drawings. * Fault finding skills on automation systems. * Experience with AC/DC drives. * Understanding of PLC’s. * 18thedition IEE reg’s Desirabl...
