Responsibilities
* Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
* Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
* Make sure that the stock room is neat and tidy, and restocking products from deliveries
* Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products
* Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations

Eligibility
* You must be above the school‑leaver age in your country
* You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
* Most roles are part‑time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
