We are seeking a dedicated and dependable individual to join our team as a Ward Clerk on Ward 108. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic, and compassionate professional to contribute to our team at Royal Stoke Hospital.
The post holder will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the Patient Administration System. They will provide administrative support to surgical and nursing staff on the ward and assist with reception duties as required. The candidate is expected to operate independently in accordance with management directives and will be accountable for maintaining the quality of their work. The role requires a professional approach, emphasizing confidentiality, reliability, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and members of the public.
The role involves managing a substantial volume of patient case note folders. All tasks must be performed in compliance with Trust policies and procedures, particularly concerning patient confidentiality and Health & Safety standards.
