<div><h3>About this Role</h3><p>This Talent Sourcer focuses on proactively identifying, engaging, and evaluating a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs across Sales Early Careers.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Source potential and passive candidates through direct applicant channels, Gartner’s CRM, referrals, professional social media sites, extensive lead generation research and relationship building.</li><li>Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging by clearly articulating the Gartner value proposition.</li><li>Utilize a programmatic approach to engage talent for open roles and build a pipeline (campaign management).</li><li>Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications through phone interviewing, trait assessments, and behavioral‑based interviewing.</li><li>Develop and cultivate a pipeline of talent for current role and future hiring needs.</li><li>Build strong trust‑based value‑add relationships with recruiters & hiring managers to understand business needs and alignment strategy.</li><li>Conduct market mapping and market intelligence.</li><li>Continually expand network through leveraging user groups, blogs, and networking events.</li></ul><h3>What You’ll Need</h3><ul><li>1‑3 years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience (required).</li><li>Strong research and candidate generation skills.</li><li>Business Development and/or Sales experience a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing new processes and strategies.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree is preferred.</li></ul><h3>Who You Are</h3><p>Effective and professional communicator with an ability to influence.
