Role Summary and Impact
This role will form a major part of our Mar-tech and analytics team. You will take the lead on ensuring our clients' tagging and foundational metrics are set up flawlessly, enabling precise measurement and streamlined online campaign data management.

Your meticulous nature and capacity to juggle various tasks will be key. You will be at the heart of fostering robust, collaborative ties both within our own vibrant teams (spanning client and investment groups) and with our external partners (including clients and tech vendors). Your experience will bring a wealth of understanding of platforms like Campaign Manager 360, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, among other web technologies, into our fold.
Your main tasks will revolve around setting up solid campaign measurement foundations for our diverse range of client accounts, with a strong emphasis on integrating and optimising new technological solutions. You will become adept at crafting a thorough measurement framework tailored for both large-scale and smaller clients. This foundational technical work will enable us to provide industry-leading solutions that transform our clients' marketing and media activity.
As a Mar-Tech Manager, you will be responsible for translating complex technical requirements into actionable implementation plans, driving the adoption of emerging marketing technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in our mar-tech capabilities. This is an exciting, technology-driven role for someone passionate about solving complex implementation challenges with precision and a flair for innovative digital solutions. You will be instrumental in advancing our Mar-Tech offering, consistently pushing our business forward with innovative ideas and enhancing the value we provide to our clients.
Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, you will act as a point of contact for multiple internal stakeholders and collaborate with other specialised teams to develop our approach and processes for key clients and internal projects.

Team Leadership & Development:

Technical Oversight & Implementation:
* Serve as the primary expert and problem-solver for both colleagues and clients on Mar-Tech and Ad-Ops issues, delivering bespoke solutions in marketing technology and ad operations.
* Proactively advise clients on, and lead the implementation of, emerging marketing technologies (Mar-Tech) and ad operations solutions, including Google Consent Mode, Enhanced Conversions for Google Ads, and other Google product innovations, ensuring seamless integration with Ad-Ops workflows.
* Drive the successful adoption and ongoing optimisation of Conversion API (CAPI) solutions for platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and Amazon, ensuring robust data flow for both Mar-Tech and Ad-Ops measurement.
* Develop and implement advanced tracking strategies using tag management systems (e.g., GTM) and ad servers like Campaign Manager 360, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in client Mar-Tech and Ad-Ops setups.
* Evaluate and advocate for the adoption of new digital tools, Mar-Tech platforms, and Ad-Ops technologies, leading internal projects and client engagements with strategic oversight.
* Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing technical support with Mar-Tech and Ad-Ops tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Campaign Manager 360, and delivering impactful presentations.
* Develop and implement advanced tracking strategies using tag management systems, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in client setups.
* Evaluate and advocate for the adoption of new digital tools, leading internal projects and client engagements with strategic oversight.
Business & Operational Impact:
* Optimise daily operations for maximum efficiency and organisation within the Mar-Tech and Ad-Ops functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and process streamlining.
* Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and communication, engaging in briefings and discussions to share insights and foster unity around Mar-Tech and Ad-Ops initiatives.
* Conduct tailored account reviews and strategy sessions for clients, focusing on innovative Mar-Tech and Ad-Ops solutions to enhance success and investment protection.
* Contribute to the team's development and career progression, with tangible results seen in the onboarding and skill enhancement of new team members in Mar-Tech and Ad-Ops.
* Establish a track record of delivering innovative Mar-Tech and Ad-Ops solutions for client accounts, including advanced tracking and ad serving strategies that have led to measurable success in campaigns.

Technical Expertise & Mar-Tech Acumen:
* Proficient in MS Excel, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a strong numerical aptitude for Mar-Tech and Ad-Ops data.
* Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, ad operations, and agency technology platforms, including Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics, and tag management systems (e.g., GTM).
* Proven experience with, and ability to implement, Google Consent Mode and Enhanced Conversions.
* Experience in deploying and optimising Conversion API (CAPI) for key platforms (e.g., TikTok, Meta, Amazon).
* Ability to develop and implement advanced tracking and ad serving strategies using tag management systems and ad servers like Campaign Manager 360.
* Ability to create/manage dashboards to measure performance of web analytics and media performance data relevant to Mar-Tech and Ad-Ops.
* Committed to producing accurate and detail-oriented work in a Mar-Tech and Ad-Ops context.
