We are looking for residential support workers and senior support workers to join our growing, highly valued team. Our teams act as “professional parents,” nurturing and supportive, providing high levels of care to help children achieve positive outcomes. Our homes vary in size and offer therapeutic, EBD, and complex trauma support services.

Compensation: £35,239 - £36,900 / year
The role of a senior support worker involves:
* Contributing to care plans and risk assessments, reviewing and implementing them
* Building effective relationships with young people, their families (if appropriate), and external agencies
* Maintaining the home’s cleanliness and encouraging participation from young people
* Keeping high-quality records under supervision
* Upholding professionalism in residential care work according to Esland and Ofsted standards
* Supporting educational and social development of young people and implementing Individual Education Programs
* Addressing emotional and physical needs and promoting development opportunities
* Supporting the deputy/manager on shift and performing senior duties as directed
What we are looking for from you:
* Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent (highly desirable)
* Experience in a children's home setting (essential)
* Supervisory experience (essential)
* A passion to nurture young people
* Ability to work shift patterns including sleep-ins (schedule provided in advance, likely 2 on 4 off)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Candidates must be over 21 to meet industry regulations
