As we continue to grow, we are now strengthening our Reservations team with an Enrichment Advisor in our Ipswich Head Office.
The day-to-day duties for this role include:
1. Accurately processing tour bookings.
2. Ensuring guests receive confirmations of their pre-booked tours, when booked.
3. Correctly accruing payment, including requestions and actioning tour refunds when necessary.
4. Liaising with the Destination Experience Team to establish suitable alternatives for tours with no availability.
5. Engaging with guests if tours are fully booked, with a target of selling a replacement tour and proactively matching tour suggestions with the interests of the guests.
6. Taking incoming destination calls focusing on closing information calls with a sale, if possible.
7. Proactively calling new Fred. Olsen guests to book tours.
As the successful candidate, you will be:
8. Ideally from a customer service, administration or call centre background (travel experience is not essential).
9. Personable with excellent communication skills and a polite telephone manner.
10. Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
11. Able to demonstrate excellent sales skills, with the ability to spot opportunities and respond quickly.
12. Passionate about travel and have a keen interest in destinations.
13. Strong numerical skills and financially literate.
14. Excellent at organising a busy workload.
This is a permanent, full-time role, working 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
