Key Responsibilities - Your typical day as a CSC Events Planning Coordinator: As an Events Coordinator at Innserve, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our events run seamlessly.The team work closely with all internal departments ensuring we all supply a first class service to our customers, this includes ensuring the details we pass onto to our colleagues is also first class and informative; supplying this information is a key role of the Events coordinator- the information we supply is invaluable to our field based technicians to aid the installation of temporary event bars. You will ensure we operate on a 'Right First Time' approach to all events and customers. From Premier League football stadiums and music venues to racecourses, cricket grounds, summer festivals, and high-profile niche events, you'll help us deliver first-class Drinks Dispense service every time. What are we looking for?: · Ideally, experience in office-based customer service or a fast-paced environment. · Ability to build positive relationships with customers, internal teams, and field-based technicians. · Strong planning, organising, and communication skills. · Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to multitask or work independently. · Proven team player who supports colleagues and achieves both team and personal goals.
