We are recruiting a committed Year 4 Teacher for a supportive primary school in Blackburn. This full‑year role begins in September and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ progress throughout Key Stage 2.
The ideal candidate will bring strong curriculum knowledge, excellent behaviour management, and a passion for delivering high‑quality teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons
* Support pupils’ academic and personal development
* Use assessment data to inform teaching
* Work collaboratively with the wider school team
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
* QTS with experience in Key Stage 2
* Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum
* Ability to create a motivating and structured learning environment
