Job Title: Department Manager
Our Leaders aim to make our people and business grow. As a Department Manager, you will oversee a department to support the sales and profit of the store, and work with your team to deliver a Customer First Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead with a vision to ensure the best experience for colleagues and customers
* Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and support development and training
* Analyze and follow up on Sales & Profit KPIs for your department
* Ensure Health & Safety, legal, and security standards are met according to H&M and local laws to safeguard employees and customers
