The role of the Administrative Assistant provides client administrative/operations support for a data centre critical facility team and oversees multiple vendors and clients. This role is a data-entry level position.
This position will be office based. Working from home, on occasion, needs to be approved by the line manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Data entry into client controls systems and spreadsheets
* Submission of data
* Creation of purchase orders for client management approval for all sites
* Tracking of client approval system
* Liaising with job owners and suppliers throughout PO process
* Any other duties as required by the business
Qualifications & Experience required
* HNC/D in a Business or Administrative discipline
* Understanding of the data centre environment is a plus
* Data entry and spreadsheet knowledge
