We are looking for a Quotes Co-Ordinator to join a busy team where the role will involve obtaining accurate data to produce quotes for a dedicated contract within the specified SLAs.
The main duties of the role include logging all quoted works on our CAFM and financial systems, carrying out all administration processes within the quotation department as per business policy and corporate standards. Working together with both internal and external clients on a daily basis to manage and audit sub-contractors paperwork for financial and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have proven communication skills and the capabilities required to deliver results whilst meeting customer expectations. You will possess strong administrative and numeracy skills, as well as having good attention to detail. Previous use of CAFM system is desired but not essential.
