Role Overview
This role owns the Dynamics 365 platform end to end, acting as the bridge between the client organisation and external consultancies delivering change.
Rather than being a pure hands-on developer, this position focuses on platform leadership, strategic planning, governance, and stakeholder management, ensuring Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform evolve in line with long-term business objectives.
You will set the technical and delivery direction, manage suppliers, challenge designs where needed, and translate business strategy into a clear, prioritised Dynamics roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Ownership and Strategy
1. Own the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform roadmap, aligning future enhancements with business strategy and transformation goals
2. Define and maintain platform standards, patterns, and governance across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
3. Lead forward planning, including platform upgrades, deprecations, scalability, and new Microsoft feature adoption
