Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably within a similar hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert presentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and reliable, with a positive attitude
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
