For the successful Procurement Manager our client is offering
* Competitive basic salary up to £65,000 per annum – depending on experience
* Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5pm
* Permanent position
* 23 days holiday which increases to 25 in year 2

The role – Procurement Manager
* Management of the Purchasing team, ensuring they're achieving targets
* Management of the Materials/Warehouse team, ensuring smooth flow inventory
* Stock analysis
* Responsible for company stock takes across multiple sites, reporting this to Senior Management
* Planning the materials teams workload
* Purchase order approval, adhering to company procedures
* Management and implementation of call‑off orders, pricing agreements and contracts
* Achieving delivery requirements in accordance with the Production schedule
* Supplier purchase analysis
* Development of key supplier partnerships
* Liaising with various departments internally
* Managing supplier price negotiation
* Analyse and implement areas within the business to reduce costs

* Able to take responsibility & accountability
* Commercial awareness to achieve purchasing objectives
