We are now looking for a passionate and experienced Contract Director to lead this prestigious, hospitality-led soft FM contract. Managing, coaching, and inspiring on-site teams to deliver with care, precision, and pride
Building strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders to anticipate and exceed expectations
Ensuring rigorous compliance with food safety
Overseeing budgets, resource planning, and commercial performance
Strong commercial and contract management capability
Confidence in managing client relationships and building long-term partnerships
Deep understanding of food hygiene and healthcare compliance requirements
