We’re looking for a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Programme Manager to lead a large-scale greenfield implementation for a major UK organisation. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep HCM delivery expertise and end-to-end programme oversight.
Key Responsibilities
&##128312; Oversee end-to-end programme delivery, from design to post-go-live
&##128312; Manage overall solution governance, ensuring design integrity and alignment with business strategy
&##128312; Coordinate across multiple HCM workstreams, supporting teams to ensure delivery milestones are met
&##128312; Lead and monitor the post go-live support phase, ensuring smooth operational handover
&##128312; Provide leadership across project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
Key Skills Required
✅ 3+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
✅ Strong background in design, delivery, and programme governance
✅ Excellent team leadership and communication skills
✅ Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
✅ Experience supporting post go-live support and continuous improvements
