We want to solve immune dysfunction.
Many cancers and other diseases are caused, or resist treatment, because T cells can't recognize or target cells correctly. We're progressing first-in-class antigen modulators through the clinic, developed to treat disease by controlling T cell activation. Our technology modulates antigen presentation, flicking a switch inside cells to alter their appearance to the immune system.
This approach marks a fundamental shift in how we treat people living with autoimmune disorders, cancers and infectious diseases.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled translational lead with expertise in clinical sample analyses and data interpretation, with a particular focus on immunoncology, autoimminity and virology.
As part of the clinical team, you will lead the analyses of samples derived from Greywolf clinical trials, providing SME oversight of various CROs. The successful candidate will have experience working with computational biology / bioinformatics to evolve mechanistic hypotheses and clinical correlative profiles.
This position is a highly collaborative role embedded within a cross-functional team where you will work closely with computational biologists, immunologists and translational scientists.
Core Responsibilities:
* Lead the selection of external partners and CROs for development and validation of fit-for-purpose assays.
* Lead the technical oversight of clinical sample analyses execution in line with GCP principles.
* With the translational team, deliver strategies across assets and clinical studies to meet critical milestones and objectives.
* Work closely with computational R&D to drive the biological interpretation of clinical sample derived data.
* Provide transaltional insights, working cross-functionally with pre-/clinical teams to contextualise data, refine hypotheses, and guide development decisions to improve therapeutic strategies.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and scientific advances in translational analyses.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
* PhD in Immunology, Cellular Biology, or related field.
* 6+ years (post PhD) of hands-on experience in translational analyses, preferably obtained in the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors.
* Strong understanding of immunobiology and clinical correlative analyses.
If you are passionate about translational science and want to work in a fast growing, exciting company - we invite you to apply and join our mission of advancing ground-breaking discoveries.
(Some of..) our Perks and Benefits:
