They are looking for a Customer Care Operative to join their Beaconsfield office and play a key part in creating lasting relationships with their new home buyers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. You will be the trusted point of contact, engaging directly with residents to ensure they feel valued, supported and confident in their new home.
2. Carry out a range of remedial work for our client’s customers who have moved into their new homes across their developments.
3. Accurately record and access information on their Customer Care software.
4. Maintain good communication with customers and their Customer Care team.
5. Be fully prepared for each job with the necessary tools, paint, supplies, etc. so that work is carried out as efficiently as possible.
6. Communicate clearly with clearly with customers and Customer Care team.
7. Answer questions from customers, escalating where needed to ensure a smooth resolution.
About You:
8. Skilled multi-trade background (e.g. carpentry, tiling, decorating, plastering, mastic).
9. Practical, proactive approach to resolving customer defects.
10. Strong customer focus with great communication and problem-solving skills.
11. Organised, with the ability to plan out work and prepare equipment in advance.
12. Professional, friendly and confident when working in customers' homes.
13. IT literate, ideally with experience using Customer Care software.
