The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring compliance with lettings legislation. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of residential properties in Swindon and the surrounding area Handling tenant enquiries, maintenance issues, and property inspections Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth operations Overseeing tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and safety requirements Managing rental arrears and deposit processes Delivering first-class customer service and maintaining strong relationships Supporting the lettings team with general property management duties What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven property management / lettings experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service focus and professional telephone manner Well-presented, ambitious, and highly self-motivated Knowledge of the Swindon property market (advantageous) ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential) Full UK driving licence essential Organised, articulate, and able to work under pressure A professional and proactive approach to lettings management What's In It For You?
