SEND Teaching Assistant - FulwoodLocation: FulwoodHours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)Pay: £109 per day Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them achieve their full potential? Do you have experience in care, support work, or a similar background and want to make a real difference in education? We are currently seeking a SEND / Unqualified Teaching Assistant to join schools in the Fulwood area. This rewarding, full-time, term-time role involves supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a classroom setting. The Role:
* Supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including complex learning difficulties
* Providing 1:1 and small group assistance inside and outside the classroom
* Supporting personal care where required
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
About You:
* Experience in care, support work, or similar roles is desirable
* Personal experience supporting individuals with additional needs is also valued
* Confident supporting personal care if required
* Patient, caring, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passionate about supporting children and young people
