PMO Support / Project Coordinator We are looking for a highly organised and detail‑oriented PMO Support / Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Office (PMO) within the wider Projects and Programmes function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, fast‑paced environment and enjoys enabling successful project delivery through strong governance, data insights, and operational excellence. In this role, you will provide analytical and operational support to strengthen project governance, optimise resource allocation, and improve delivery performance across multiple initiatives. You will play a key part in monitoring project progress through data‑driven insights, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives relating to time, quality, cost, and revenue. You will also leverage our ServiceNow PPM tool to support effective portfolio management. Alongside PMO responsibilities, you will independently manage and deliver smaller‑scale projects, applying structured methodologies and strong stakeholder engagement to achieve defined outcomes. Key Responsibilities You will support the PMO in driving effective project delivery, compliance, and resource optimisation across portfolios, including: Setting up and maintaining project documentation to meet governance and audit requirements. Ensuring accurate project data is created and maintained within the ServiceNow PPM tool. Supporting the development and maintenance of project plans and financials within ServiceNow PPM. Tracking and reporting on time compliance. Preparing clear, accurate KPI and performance reports for the PMO and senior management. Recommending and implementing improvements to PMO reporting and control processes. Coordinating and delivering small‑scale projects in line with governance, time, and quality standards. Providing updates on resource utilisation and project progress during governance meetings. Coordinating and scheduling project resources to ensure adherence to PMO governance and optimal utilisation. Monitoring resource capacity and proactively addressing potential conflicts or risks. Deputising for the PMO Lead when required. Supporting the PMO Lead in meetings, capturing actions, and driving follow‑up responses. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Essential Understanding of PMO methodologies and system tools. Experience working in a fast‑paced, demand‑driven environment. Strong governance and compliance awareness. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret project data, KPIs, and resource metrics. Skilled in resource planning, allocation, and monitoring. Proactive project coordination skills, supporting schedules, deliverables, and dependencies. Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to identify and implement process improvements. Strong time and priority management, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Confident problem‑solver who anticipates challenges and works within governance frameworks.
