Civil Engineer – New Build Housing

Upto £55,000 + bonus + car/allowance
My client, a successful privately owned housing developer, is looking for a Civil Engineer to join their team based in Leicestershire.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop road and sewer designs in collaboration with regulatory bodies to address all associated engineering issues.
* Prepare and coordinate detailed Section 38 and Section 104 designs.
* Produce external levels drawings and private drainage drawings.
* Assemble and deliver comprehensive civil engineering packages.
* Oversee the resolution of engineering and building-related issues.
* Assist in discharging engineering-related planning conditions.
* Arrange Section 38 and Section 104 maintenance inspections and bond releases.
Skills and Experience
* Experience working for a UK-based house builder or engineering consultancy is essential.
* Strong background in engineering design production.
* HNC in Civil Engineering Studies or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum of 2 years in a Civil Engineering role
* Extensive knowledge of Section 38, 104, and 278 agreements.
* Proficiency in highway design standards, sewers for adoption, and Building Regs
* PDS design software
* Micro Drainage design software
* AutoCAD
