We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Quality and Contract Manager to hold a portfolio of Care Home contracts on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council.
Team Overview
The Quality and Market Management Team oversees the contracting and quality of service delivery with independent sector care providers to support the social care market. The role involves shaping contracts aligned with the County Council’s vision and ambitions, as well as adopting an Integrated Care System approach. The team reports to the wider integrated strategic commissioning group and collaborates with commissioners and operational services, both internal and external, to support and drive change in Nottinghamshire.
Role Responsibilities
1. Line manage and work with a team of Quality and Contracts Officers.
2. Deliver social care contracts in collaboration with health and social care partners, including people with lived experiences.
3. Respond to a rapidly changing environment by working in partnership to identify and manage quality and market risks.
4. Plan and deliver joint solutions to market challenges.
5. Lead and support your team to deliver quality services, demonstrating flexibility and initiative to meet additional pressures.
