At Bupa, we’re on a mission to be number one for customers — and we’re looking for a Marketing Executive to help us deliver clear, meaningful and impactful communications that truly add value for our health insurance members.
What you’ll be doing
As a key member of the Customer Marketing team, you will:
1. Support the delivery of dynamic, engaging campaigns across email, events, direct mail, social media and content.
2. Help launch new propositions and product features that enhance customer experience and drive commercial performance.
3. Build and optimise customer journeys across the member lifecycle — from onboarding to retention.
4. Create and improve email communications to boost engagement and support our digital ambitions.
5. Encourage adoption of our digital products, including the My Bupa app and Blua digital healthcare.
6. Support the delivery of renewal, win‑back and reinstatement campaigns for our sales teams.
7. Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all communications are clear, fair and compliant.
8. Manage marketing assets and ensure all activity meets financial promotions standards.
9. Work closely with sales, product, service and the wider marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.

Skills & experience
14. Degree‑level education or equivalent
15. Understanding of customer touchpoints and the marketing mix
16. Experience writing briefs and working with agencies
17. Strong analytical skills and ability to measure campaign performance
18. Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills
19. Experience marketing to consumers or small businesses is a plus
20. Healthcare marketing experience is beneficial but not essential
