The role of Scheme Manager - Homeownership will include:
1. Encouraging residents to maintain their well-being and independence through the effective delivery of housing support services that are tailored to meet individual needs and organizational objectives
2. Providing administrative support including producing letter/notices, recording data, raising purchase orders, invoice management and support resales
3. Confidently communicating with customers, face to face and via telephone concerning a range of queries/complaints and offering advice and guidance
4. Supervising contractors and works carried out to maximise service delivery
5. Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements for housing services
Skills and experiences:
6. Experience of working with older people in a support capacity, and a good understanding of the key needs and services available to residents
7. Experience of good practice for resident involvement or customer participation activities and practices
8. Ability to organise and prioritise multiple workloads effectively
9. Excellent communication and customer care skills
10. A good working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information
11. A full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required as travelling to other sites may be required

21. £24,866 per annum (rising to £25,635 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
The full time equivalent salary for this role is £26,643 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £27,467 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
