What You Will Do: • Manage the shortage parts process, ensuring the smooth movement of parts between stores and build zones. • Oversee the missing, damaged, or incorrect parts process within build operations. • Coordinate rework activities, ensuring the correct processes are followed and parts are returned to support builds. • Liaise with stakeholders such as Stores, Supply Chain, and Build Operations to ensure part kits are complete and resolve any issues. • Investigate and resolve root causes of part pick issues using problem-solving methodologies. • Create and manage pick kit matrices for each build, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
