Role overview
As an Administrative Support Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school’s administrative functions.
From managing a busy reception and switchboard to supporting school events, trips, and communications, your work will be varied, fast-paced, and rewarding.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team providing essential support to staff, students, and visitors, helping to maintain high standards of service and efficiency across the school.
Responsibilities
* Manage reception and switchboard operations to handle inquiries from staff, students, parents, and visitors.
* Provide administrative support across school functions, events, trips, and communications.
* Support colleagues to maintain efficient workflows and high standards of service.
* Assist with coordination of school events and ensure effective communication within the school community.
