Loudwater, Greenford, and Weymouth exclusively offer a 9-day fortnight working pattern, providing extended weekends every other week, giving you more time to pursue your passions. Responsibilities:
1. Provide desk-side IT support to staff for hardware, software, and basic network issues
2. Assist with setting up & maintaining laptops, desktops, monitors, & mobile devices (iOS + Intune)
3. Support new hire onboarding, including imaging and configuring devices
4. Help manage and prioritize support tickets via our service desk platform
5. Troubleshoot common issues and escalate more complex problems to senior team members
6. Maintain accurate records of equipment and support activities
7. Contribute to ongoing IT projects and patching activities under guidance from the wider IT team
Qualifications and Experience:
* Some experience (internship, coursework, or job) in IT support or a related technical field
* Enthusiastic about learning and working in a fast-paced IT environment
* Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
* Exposure to networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Desire to build a career in IT support and develop technical and customer service skills

* Ability to obtain or maintain any required security clearances
