With 27 live locations, Encore Kitchens is the largest Dark Kitchen provider in the UK and works with hundreds of the most loved food brands in the world including Burger King, Wingstop and Popeyes.
Dark kitchens are commercial kitchens with no customer frontage which allows food businesses to grow their online delivery presence via apps such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat or Hungry Panda. These kitchens can also be used for Central Production Units which allows businesses to optimise their production for their high street stores, schools, markets, festivals or catering events.
Role Description
We are now seeking an outstanding Field Account Executive to join our growing commercial team, driving new business growth across Birmingham and the Midlands. This is a field-based role, with regular travel across the Midlands and periodic visits to our head office in London.
What You'll Do
* Develop and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers at some of the UK’s fastest-growing food and hospitality brands.
* Participate in "Feet on the Street" based initiatives - Pitching to Hospitality Business owners around Birmingham and the Midlands face to face
* Take full ownership of the regional sales pipeline — from prospecting and outreach to deal negotiation and close.
* Lead tailored customer pitches and in-person kitchen tours across Encore’s Birmingham and wider Midlands sites.
* Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with accuracy, confidence and attention to detail.
* Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM pipeline hygiene, ensuring consistent visibility of activity and revenue performance.
* Collaborate with the wider Encore Kitchens team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new partners.
* Represent Encore Kitchens at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings across the region.
What You Need to Succeed
* 3+ years’ experience in a target-driven, B2B sales role — ideally within hospitality, property, or foodtech.
* A proven record of consistently exceeding sales goals.
* Strong understanding of restaurant operations, hospitality, or real-estate leasing.
* Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* A self-motivated, entrepreneurial “hunter” mindset with a drive to win new business.
* Confidence selling face-to-face and building rapport with founders, operators, and decision-makers.
* CRM proficiency and strong pipeline management discipline.
* A results-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Prior experience in a start-up or scale-up environment is a strong plus.
