About Our Client
This telecommunications business in Nottingham has recently moved to a busy new office building and is seeking a full time Receptionist to join the team and become the face of the business. You will be joining a fun and friendly team and will use your high level customer service to assist visitors to the office.

Key Responsibilities:
3. Greeting and Assisting Visitors: Welcome and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism, making them feel valued and at ease.
4. Phone and Email Management: Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and promptly respond to inquiries. Manage the company's general email account effectively.
5. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference rooms for employees and guests, ensuring a well-organized schedule.
6. Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to various departments, including managing mail and packages, coordinating deliveries, and monitoring office supplies.
7. Security and Access Control: Oversee access to the premises, maintaining security and safety protocols and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the office.
8. Visitor Badges: Issue visitor badges and maintain a visitor log for security and tracking purposes.
9. Information Dissemination: Share important information, announcements, and updates with employees and visitors as needed.
10. Office Appearance: Keep the reception area organized, clean, and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Receptionist will have:
11. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
12. Previous experience as a receptionist in a busy office or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
