We are seeking an experienced Customer Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a single contributor role where you will be the technical face of our company, building strong relationships with customers and presenting tailored cloud solutions ️. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical pre-sales and cloud computing, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences .
* Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, addressing their queries and requirements ️
* Collaborate with sales teams to articulate the value of our solutions and support proposals and presentations
* Work closely with product and engineering teams to create tailored cloud solutions
* Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies with sales and marketing
* Provide enablement programs and training for customers to ensure successful adoption
* Maintain and enhance relationships with customers and cloud providers for alignment and satisfaction
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role
* 2+ years of experience working with a major cloud provider ️
* Strong technical expertise with a proven ability to translate business needs into cloud solutions
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences ️
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently, manage time, and adapt to a fast-paced environment ️
Day-to-Day Activities
* Attend customer meetings to discuss and present tailored solutions
* Respond to technical queries directly or via account managers
* Collaborate with internal teams to produce and review technical materials
* Participate in technical training and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
* Support account managers with pre-sales activities, including proposals and technical presentations
While the role is primarily remote, some travel may be required to meet customers or attend partner events .
