Rate£19.34/Hr through UMB£14.90/Hr through basic PAYE£16.92/Hr through basic PAYE Contract5 week contract Timings: 9:00 AM - 05:30 PM LocationLondon EC2M 4AA Reports To: Training and Support Manager*1 day Paid Online Induction to take place either 28th or 29th May - Work to begin on-site 1st June Job Description: Be proactive with a visible and approachable presence to answer how to questions (not technical troubleshooting) Deliver demos via Microsoft Teams both in person and for remote colleagues using pre-defined scripts and presentation decks Explain differences between Zoom and Teams (meeting setup, chat, collaboration tools) Share tips and best practices for effective use of Teams Encourage engagement and confidence in using Teams for daily work Record all assistance provided to colleagues Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams features and functionality Ability to communicate clearly and educate users in a friendly, non-technical way Familiarity with Zoom to explain migration differences Comfortable presenting and engaging with both in-person and remote audiences via Teams Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills Qualities Supportive, patient, and approachable Positive attitude toward change and adoption Collaborative and proactive in engaging colleagues 4795281
