We are looking for a confident Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You'll be working 42 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Hospital Elowen.
You will be working 42 hours per week inclusive of day/night and weekend shifts (12 hour shifts).
Cygnet Elowen Hospital is a 24 bed service comprising two wards providing a specialist service for management of Eating Disorders, Personality Disorder and Disordered Eating for women aged 18 and over. The service will also provide treatment for individuals who have other co-morbid mental health problems, complex challenging behaviour and self-harm.

Your day-to-day
* Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments & observations
* Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, & improve quality
* Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing
* Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with patients, relatives & other healthcare professionals
* Safe administration of medication as per local and national guidelines
* Provide effective direction and support to junior members of the team
