Office Assistant | Fast-Growth PR Agency | Central London (Office-based)
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, PR firm to hire a Team/Office Assistant to support the central function and senior leadership team. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
You’ll play a key part in keeping the business running smoothly, supporting senior stakeholders, managing diaries, and ensuring the office is well organised and fully functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Diary & Senior Support
• Manage busy diaries for two Co-Founders (Outlook)
• Coordinate meetings, travel, lunches and dinners
• Liaise with clients and prospective clients
• Anticipate clashes and resolve issues proactively
Office Management
• Oversee day-to-day office administration
• Manage post, subscriptions, stationery and supplies
• Organise food shops and handle ad-hoc office needs
• Liaise with building management, IT and AV providers
Travel & Events
• Book travel, accommodation and tickets for senior team members
• Support conferences and client events as needed
About You:
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident prioritising multiple tasks
• Clear communicator at all levels
• Proactive, reliable and takes ownership
Experience as a Team Assistant, Office Assistant or Administrator is helpful but not essential.
Salary: up to £34K
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Central London (4-5 days onsite)
