Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment, such as a machine operator, FLT driver, or similar role, is desirable. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively as part of a shift team, promoting a supportive and cooperative environment to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives. Operate plant and machinery efficiently and safely in line with standard operating procedures. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, ensuring effective communication through clear and structured shift handovers. Conduct routine quality checks to ensure the consistent production of high‑quality products. Identify and resolve basic process or equipment faults within your area of responsibility. Record production and operational data accurately and in a timely manner. Take ownership of assigned machines and processes, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to production schedules. Use basic IT and automation systems to monitor equipment performance, enter production data, and address minor system issues. Proactively identify and escalate equipment, process, or safety concerns to supervisors or relevant support teams to minimise operational disruption.
