Position Overview:
The primary purpose and scope of this job will be review of product documentation, batch review / release, ensuring GMP compliance and supporting QA Leads in NC / CAPA investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performing routine statistical sampling testing & inspection activities on all production lines including product measurement, destructive testing and dye penetrant testing
2. First piece / last piece inspection & approval
3. Supports inspection / test related rework activities
4. Support NC & CAPA investigation activities
Skills & Experience:
5. Good numeracy and literacy skills, capable of performing calculations such as defect percentages.
6. Capable of using Office spreadsheet packages for data entry and basic calculations
7. Constructive working attitude and diplomatic approach
8. Understanding of medical device GMP requirements highly desirable.
Working Conditions
Onsite in Deeside – Production/Manufacturing.

Supporting other shift patterns where possible.
