Your responsibilities will include:
* Draft and advise on wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
* Support in estate administration, including probate applications and tax reporting.
* Provide clear advice on inheritance tax, succession planning, and asset protection.
* Assist with lifetime planning and wealth structuring for individuals and families.
* Liaise with clients, executors, and third parties to progress matters efficiently.
The successful candidate:
Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law.Strong understanding of wills, probate, and tax planning principles.Excellent communication and client care skills.Detail-focused with good drafting and organisational ability.Personable, discreet, and committed to developing expertise in private client law.
