As a Digital Trade/Ecommerce assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the website. This will include site merchandising, product lifecycle & reporting. Reporting into the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will support in enhancing the customer experience & executing campaigns.
* Ensuring website standards are maintained to maximise customer satisfaction.
* Product enrichment, full lifecycle management working closely with merchandising.
* Onsite merchandising & website optimisation.
* Supporting with collection & campaign launches.
* Product pricing updates.
* Supporting the Senior Ecommerce Manager with trade reporting analysis.
* Supporting on website Content updates.

* Strong excel experience.
* Self-motivated & proactive approach.
* Competent using systems and comfortable working in a technology-based environment.
* Keen eye for detail with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues.
* Analytical skills (GA4 experience – Not essential).
