As Ecommerce continues to become a critical growth driver, the business is looking for someone to own and accelerate their online performance across multiple platforms.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the online trading agenda, managing and growing performance across:
• Online retailers
• Direct-to-consumer .com
• Marketplaces
• Supporting and driving performance on Amazon
This role sits at the heart of the commercial and marketing strategy, ensuring the brand shows up brilliantly online and converts traffic into strong sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the online trading strategy and performance across all digital channels
• Manage relationships with key online retailers and marketplaces
• Support and optimise Amazon performance alongside internal and external partners
• Work closely with Marketing to drive traffic, campaigns and digital activation
• Ensure best-in-class online content, product pages and brand presentation
• Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities
• Influence cross-functionally to ensure ecommerce remains a priority growth channel
What We’re Looking For
• Experience managing ecommerce channels within a consumer brand or retailer
• Strong understanding of online trading, marketplaces and digital retail execution
• Exposure to Amazon and marketplace ecosystems
• Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance and drive growth
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Someone proactive who can influence internally and make things happen
