With a substantial pipeline of high-quality work and deep local market connections, the Partner now needs an Associate who can:

* Managing a diverse caseload of high-value residential property transactions
* Supporting senior leadership and junior associates on complex matters
* Acting as a core contact for Cambridge-based clients and introducers
* Driving BD initiatives and relationship-building activity
* Attending events, networking engagements, and market-facing initiatives
* Building your personal profile to become a known specialist in Cambridge
