The Role
We are searching for a Senior Engineer whose primary focus is to ensure the seamless enjoyment of resident’s apartments. You will act as the first port of call for any technical issues that may occur within the apartment, conducting investigations, carrying out repairs where possible and co-ordinating with external specialists where necessary.
You will operate MEP systems and the Building Management System (BMS), liaise directly with residents and their representatives, and support maintenance operations across our developments. You’ll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence and outstanding resident service.
What you’ll do
* Respond to resident queries and issues efficiently, carrying out necessary in-apartment investigate and repair work with professionalism and care
* Carry out maintenance and repairs across residences, plant, and common areas, ensuring the highest standards
* Monitor and manage the Building Management System (BMS) to maximise safety, efficiency, and sustainability
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and support emergency response procedures
* Coordinate subcontractors and assist with reporting, documentation, and stock control
* Proactively identify opportunities for improved efficiency and long-term value
* Provide professional, courteous service to residents, representing the Lodha standards at all times
What we’re looking for
* Recognised engineering qualification (e.g. formal apprenticeship, NVQs, City & Guilds or equivalent) and minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering/maintenance
* Extensive working knowledge of MEP systems and safe working practices
* Proficiency with specialist systems such as BMS, HIU, CIU, MVHR, and AHU
* Previous experience working with Crestron and/or Lutron
* Up-to-date knowledge of fire and Health & Safety systems
