Business Development Manager - Financial Services/Insurance
* £50-55K base | £100-110K OTE (uncapped) + equity

We're partnering with an early-stage business solving a genuine regulatory requirement for financial services firms ahead of major UK reporting changes in 2026.
Looking for someone who can build relationships at C-suite level and drive revenue in a consultative way
The Role
* Own and convert a warm pipeline of live opportunities
* Build new business across target financial services and insurance accounts
* Engage CFOs, Compliance and C-suite stakeholders
* Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end
* Represent the business at client meetings and events in London
* Deal size: £25-30K | Sales cycle: ~6-8 weeks
What They're Looking For
* Experience selling into financial services (insurance, banking, fintech)
* Strong track record engaging senior stakeholders
* Consultative, hands-on approach, face to face (not just managing pipeline)
* Comfortable with both warm and cold business development
* Self-starter mindset, happy in an early-stage environment
* Able to be in London regularly
* Real opportunity to shape the UK market
