This role is pivotal in delivering complex, high-impact products across areas such as food and beverage systems, point-of-sale platforms, and allergen information management. Key Responsibilities - End-to-End Product Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of technology products across domains such as F&B, POS, and allergens-from ideation and development through to implementation, optimisation, and retirement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive alignment and execution across engineering, operations, commercial, and shipboard teams, ensuring delivery meets business needs and guest expectations. - Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product outcomes are aligned with strategic goals and operational realities. - Infrastructure Awareness: Oversee delivery of solutions that may involve physical infrastructure, ensuring integration with legacy systems and alignment with modernisation efforts. - Team Leadership: Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Continuous Improvement: Use data, feedback, and performance metrics to refine delivery processes and enhance service quality. - Travel: Occasional international travel to ships and ports, including some evening and weekend work. Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home. What We're Looking For - Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through end-to-end product lifecycles in a matrixed environment. - Strong track record of delivering complex technology solutions-ideally involving both digital and physical infrastructure. - Experience working across multiple service domains, with an understanding of operational and guest-facing technologies. - Agile delivery expertise with relevant certifications and a pragmatic approach to implementation. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
