Marketing Manager
Leicester (Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week in office)
Full-Time | Permanent
£40,000 - £45,000 DOE
We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Marketing Manager to join a growing technology-focused business operating within the IT and channel services space.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who enjoys working across both strategic marketing and day-to-day execution within a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with senior leadership and a Fractional CMO, you will play a key role in driving marketing activity, building brand presence, supporting lead generation, and helping shape go-to-market propositions.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a broad range of marketing activities including digital campaigns, content management, events, PR, social media, SEO, partner enablement, and campaign delivery. There is also an opportunity to help build and develop a small marketing team as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Support go-to-market proposition development with senior stakeholders
• Manage content, website updates, SEO, and organic social media activity
• Drive lead generation and nurture campaigns to support business development
• Manage events from planning through to delivery
• Support channel partners with marketing enablement activity
• Manage external agencies and suppliers including PR, design, and web development
• Help strengthen brand awareness, thought leadership, and customer engagement
Skills & Experience Required:
• Previous experience within a broad marketing role
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Commercial understanding of lead generation and pipeline growth
• Experience managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Comfortable working in both strategic and hands-on environments
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within IT, technology, MSP, or channel-focused environments would be highly advantageous
• Exposure to Canva, Adobe Suite, or video/content creation tools would be beneficial
