Salary: Scale 3 - Pt 5 (£24,790 pro rata), approx. pro rata salary - £17,667.99
Hours of Post: Part Time - 30.83 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm
Contract Type: Permanent - Term Time only

About the Role
St. Paul’s C of E Primary School is seeking to appoint a cheerful and talented Teaching Assistant who is committed to providing high-quality education and care. The ideal candidate will have a positive mindset, effective communication skills with children, parents, and staff, and the ability to work independently and flexibly.
Requirements
* Passion for working with primary-aged children and their families
* Ability to deliver in-class support and interventions for children with diverse needs
* Reflective, caring, and emotionally resilient
* Motivational skills to encourage children through good practice
* Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
* Minimum Grade C (or equivalent) in English & Math GCSEs
