Marketing Events Executive Overview of the Role This position plays a key role in delivering impactful marketing events across Europe, supporting commercial priorities through the planning and execution of high-quality external events and sponsored conferences. You will take ownership of the full event journey-from initial concept and planning through to delivery, audience engagement, and post-event evaluation. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, and can confidently work with senior stakeholders to deliver polished, professional experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a structured schedule of events across European markets, aligned with business priorities Plan and deliver a wide range of events, including executive briefings, networking sessions, and industry conferences (both virtual and in-person) Manage conference sponsorships, ensuring strong brand presence and effective use of networking opportunities Coordinate all event logistics such as venue selection, supplier management, and on-site execution Create and implement promotional campaigns to drive attendance, including invitations, registration processes, and attendee communications Manage guest lists, registrations, and CRM tracking to ensure accurate data and effective follow-up Lead pre- and post-event engagement activities, including communications, content sharing, and stakeholder follow-up Monitor event success through data analysis and reporting, identifying areas for improvement Work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to align event goals and deliverables Oversee budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure all activities meet internal compliance standards Skills & Experience Degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, communications, or hospitality Around 3-5 years of experience in event planning or marketing, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment Demonstrated experience managing events from concept through to post-event analysis Strong organisational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders and external partners Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce or similar systems) Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel High level of attention to detail and ability to problem-solve under pressure Flexibility to travel occasionally within Europe as required Benefits Flexible hybrid working arrangement Opportunity to contribute to high-impact, pan-European initiatives Collaborative and internationally focused team environment Exposure to senior leadership and strategic projects Ongoing learning and career development opportunities Please click 'apply' to be considered, or if you have any questions; email
