Artemis is looking for an energetic and proactive Evening Manager to join our operations team at Clock Barn. This is a key leadership role within a busy events environment, perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring every event runs smoothly. You will oversee evening operations, support multiple departments, and ensure our weddings and events are delivered to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Lead evening operations as Duty Manager Support all departments including events, bar and kitchen team. Assist guests with any queries and resolve issues during events. Complete evening reports and assist with operations meetings Maintain venue presentation throughout the event Manage stock takes and supplier ordering Assist with event preparation and showrounds Participate in deep cleaning across departments to uphold venue standards. What We’re Looking For A confident, organised, and proactive hospitality professional. Strong hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Excellent communication and people skills, with a natural focus on guest satisfaction. Tech-friendly and comfortable with basic systems and reporting. Flexible to work evenings and weekends. Full UK driving licence and own transport due to the venue’s location. Eligibility to work full-time in the UK. Experience Hospitality: 1 year (required).
